CHOOSE HIGHER🌄

I woke up Sunday morning feeling this aching sensation that I’m all too familiar with.

This overwhelming feeling of lack that creeps up through my belly and lodges itself in my heart.

Jack with his long strong arms takes me into a whole body embrace and says, “we’re more than ok.”

And just like that we’re back into the flow, dancing with the life force moving through our veins, our hearts, our home.

All because when I felt myself sinking low, I gave myself a window to feel it, and then choose higher.
