In that space, I was able to fully embrace all parts of myself, accept them, and learn to trust what showed up without creating stories around it. This space helped me understand my needs and wants, align with them, and own them.

Through this space and the 'couple work' with you, Diana, I learned to voice my needs and desires, broaden my perspective on things that aren’t immediately obvious, and open myself to receiving from various sources—myself, my significant other, and life.
