We’re not breaking all generational cycles over here but we are nailing it with one -

How we speak

to ourselves

to each other 

to our kids

Because the words we use become their own inner dialogue.

And we are their first example of union.

So let me ask you:

When you’re upset and dysregulated, how do you speak to the ones you love?

When you’re feeling amazing, how soon before you drop that energy?
