The SELF Centered woman is an energy master

All I wanted to do was sit with my phone, reply to my emails and get ahead of some miscellaneous tasks.

I asked Jack to be with the kids while I tucked away to get some work done….

But all my kids wanted was me 🤣

This is a pivotal moment in consciously choosing who and how I want to be…

Is it really about getting more done? 

Spoiler alert - it’s not. 

It’s about the kind of partner I want to be, the kind of mother I want to be…

The kind of woman I choose to be.

The SELF Centered woman is an energy master.

She knows that her energy speaks louder than her words and her actions. 

Energy is 90% of the whole damn pie, “doing” is the other 10%.

So, I put my phone down, gave my kids my all, put them to bed and now I’m cuddled in bed waiting for Jack to join me.

It’s not always easy, but it gets to be so much more simple when you know what matters most, who you want to be and direct your energy powerfully.
