How To Have A Conversation With Your Higher Self

One of the hardest things about this whole personal development thing is discerning the voice of fear from your voice of intuition.

Am I right?!?

I’ve found this very simple strategy to be incredibly powerful, for myself and my clients:

Try having the same conversation you’ve been having in your head - but this time, remove the stress and worry.

At first, this is going to sound very matter of fact - like literally, listing out the facts of the situation and separating the assumptions - the assumptions are typically wrapped in your fears.

Once you do that, you’ll naturally gain access to a calmer voice - yes ladies, this is the voice of your higher self. 

I’ve met many higher, more empowered selves, and what I can say for sure is that she is a more chilled and relaxed version of you.

She is calm.

She is steady.

She believes herself to be damn worthy.

She is grounded.

She is present-focused - she does not future-trip.

The more you speak to her, the better your life gets.

And the best part is, she’s always there - anytime, free of charge.

Practice removing the stress and worry from your inner dialogue, and you will have direct access to the best guidance you could ever ask for.
