I refuse to come to you only when I’m polished.

It’s raining outside, I’m in my luteal phase and feeling raw, tender, vulnerable. 

Something came up in an intimate moment with my partner yesterday that has my body stirring up emotions.

And of course it happened this way. 

I finished hosting the entire Passion & Safety masterclass and deep dive and I’ve began my womb awakening journey with Ana Gasol.

I’m in a portal. 

So while I feel all I’m feeling, I also simultaneously have the strength of my inner knowing: this is here FOR ME.

This knowing is what carries me in all times.

Has me opening myself to it vs catastrophizing it in my mind 

Keeps me leaning into love and receiving my partner, instead of creating distance between us. 

It’s one of the simplest and most effective teachings in my SELF method and has supported me and my hundreds of clients.

Allowing her to soften…allow…trust…and receive.
