I Am Not A Martyr - I Am A Goddess

I am not a martyr - for my business, my relationship, or even our son.

That generational cycle stops here.

I’m here to experience, to share, to receive, to expand. I am Divinity, shaped in the form of a woman walking this earth. I am Goddess. And whether you currently feel this way or not, so are you.

Before you close the x at the top of your screen, allow me to explain.

Yes, I love and adore my family. Yes, we have a home to maintain. Yes, I have a thriving business that needs my attention.

And still, I know that the truest way to bring the wholeness of me to any aspect of my life, and to the people in it, is to own that I am Divine.

This requires a healthy amount of selfishness and putting myself first.

A little confession?

I never quite resonated with being motivated by my child to do what I do.

I do this work, because it’s what my soul is here to do. It’s what she desires.

...and who am I to stand in the way of what my inner Goddess desires?

She is literally connected to Source, and all that is. If she wants it, I allow it.

The other day I was speaking with a woman who was starting to question if love is written in the stars for her - and she really meant it.

While I’m all for Divine timing, I also believe we get to make our own choices here on Earth.

I said to her, “When it becomes so clear to you that your soul desires to experience love in this way, this belief will dissolve and it will be yours.”

I’ve seen this to be more true more times than I can count.

You don’t need to be a martyr to your cosmic imprint, soul contracts or generational patterns.

You get to heal and choose a new way.

To all the women who are in partnerships, who are mothers, who are captains of so many ships, I see you.

It’s hard to give yourself this pass and lean into your full femininity, where you reign supreme.

Just remember that how you nurture the relationship with yourself is the key to your happy home.

Gone with the martyr archetype.

We are here to pave a new way.

For our daughters, for our sons, for all generations to come.

The question is, will you allow it?
