Words Spoken From The Heart

Words spoken from love and from your heart, are words spoken and received differently.

Words spoken with sovereignty and without projection, are words spoken and received differently.

Words spoken about the now, without pulling in the pain of the past, are words spoken and received differently. 

Can you even imagine a reality where this is how we relate to one another?

Where we don’t blame, judge or criticize?

What would become of our relationships?

Of ourselves?

Of our world?

I imagine it would look like something of a euphoria.

Love beaming from our hearts.

Eyes smiling wider than a crescent moon.

Joy bursting from our beings.

You can definitely call me somewhat of an idealist, and still I know, we are far from loving in this way.

BUT…

What if we could touch even a fraction of this way of loving?

What could you try to do less or more of, to hold this amount of love and sovereignty in your words?

My current stretch is to speak…

🕊Without the fire of past pain, but a calm focus on the present. 

🕊Focus on what’s possible vs what’s been.
