My wish is that wherever and with whomever you find yourself this holiday season, that you can rest easy, release control, and lean into your life.

Welcoming challenging situations with more openness – because it gets to be another opportunity for me to play with magic.

Because what opens up, is the opportunity to embrace you.

Oftentimes, we think we love someone when what we really love is how being with them and having someone in our lives, makes us feel.

To witness what it means to trust your inner most knowing, despite the relevant fears.

The more I say NO to something that isn’t in alignment with me, the more I am able to say YES to everything that is in alignment.

The intense spark, while we've been conditioned to believe is the ultimate sign of true love, can often be anything but.

Because with all the wishing about what our partners could do, we miss so much of what they are already doing. And so much of who they already are.

A queen will use her energy wisely. Her boundaries are strong as she has important things to do.

So if you know yourself to be in a relationship with someone who is good, and albeit, humanly flawed, I invite you to try seeing things from the most loving perspective that you can – and see what that does for your connection.

Stay focused on the richness of your life, and spreading your eggs where you feel most inspired.

Because keeping the love alive inside of your marriage is not a given. It is a conscious choice, an intentional act.

Connections that are palpable can be trusted. They are spiritual experiences.

I see you wild child. In all your glory, with all your dreams and insecurities, and I am holding you.
